Must Hotel - Sainte-Foy

This project was to build a new 6-storey hotel attached to commercial premises on the corner of Airport Road and Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard in Ancienne-Lorette. With a total area of 115,000 ft2, the hotel consists of a reinforced concrete structure with underground parking for 25,000 ft2. The commercial part, attached to the hotel, also consists of a reinforced concrete building with 4 floors with a total area of 40,000 ft2.
In this project, access to surrounding shops (Subway and Cora), located on the same site as the present building project had remained open and accessible during the entire duration of the work, even during the construction of underground parking.
