The Complexe La Garde is a new, contemporary rental real estate project located at the crossroads of Chemin Sainte-Foy and Highway Henri IV. Composed of three buildings, it will eventually offer 265 rental condos of the highest quality. The three 5- to 8-storey buildings are built on a two-storey shared underground parking. The whole complex structure is made of reinforced concrete and underground spaces have been adapted to the natural topography of the rock to allow the construction of the largest possible volume at lower cost. Water management at the site was particularly difficult and represented a major challenge.
Water management of the site has been particularly difficult and represented a major challenge in order to avoid pumping despite the very significant difference in height of the terrain and the retention volume to be managed by the application of very stringent criteria for this sector.
