Headquarters of La Maison des pilotes du Bas-St-Laurent at the Port of Quebec

Located in the Port of Quebec, La Maison des pilotes wants an opening on the marine environment of the place, a signal element at the entrance of the Louise Basin. The 3-storey building consists of several terraces with panoramic views of the harbor and marina. The expansion, also built on 3 levels, was located at the north end of the existing building. We find the ground floor offices closed for the localtion, areas openings for the development of multiple workspaces, a rest area and a reception. On the upper floors include closed offices, multi-purpose meeting rooms, relaxations areas, administrative offices and storage and a gorgeous coffee corner.

Close coordination with other professionals who gave the project a very recent recognition awarded by The Merits of Architecture of the City of Québec, 2014 edition - Winner Building public and institutional buildings.
