Redevelopment of the marina of Port of Quebec

The project involved the redevelopment, expansion and upgrading of the old building of the marina from the Port of Quebec. Covering an area of about 600 m2, the building is used among others in summer by boaters to the marina of Port of Quebec located in the Louise Basin. On the ground floor are the toilets and showers, laundry, as well as the monitoring station moored pleasure boats. A lounge marine fl has arranged instead of the reception and administrative offices. The floor, formerly used by a restaurant, now houses the reception, new administrative offices and a meeting room.
Work included but not limited to, structure, land surfaces (including parking lots, outdoor patios, driveways and walkways), retention of stormwater, civil public utilities and local services , connections to municipal services, etc.
