The Residences Le Coin Saint-Paul, Trois-Rivières

Le Coin Saint-Paul is a residence for people with loss of physical autonomy as well as a home for the autonomous and semi-autonomous elderly. The complex comprises 210 apartments in addition to the functions related to the maintenance of a center of this kind. Thus, common areas of cafeteria, laundry, lounge, rest room, infirmary are present to ensure all necessary services. In addition to these functions, a kitchen, serving up to 290 people, a pharmacy as well as a medical room are present. The Coin Saint-Paul project has a total floor area of 16,000 m². The six-storey structure consisted of a lightweight steel supporting structure supporting slab floors on metal bridging.
