Expansion of Centre communautaire des Chutes

The project consisted of expanding the main building built in the early 1980s on two levels. The current building includes a large gymnasium, changing rooms, swimming pool and upstairs administrative offices. The new expansion will add community spaces including: large multipurpose rooms, lobby, storage space and offices and living spaces for the organization Pivot.

In addition, as it is a building dating back some thirty years, several upgrading work including the establishment of seismic standards of the existing building. In terms of exterior landscaping, the configuration of the vehicular entrance has been completely redone to improve the visual appearance of the landscaping facades and vis-à-vis the entrance to the pool and change the circulation (pavement, asphalt road) depending on the new extension.
