Located in the historic and heritage sector of the Old Port of Quebec, the project consisted of the construction of a new 7-storey expansion including 2 levels of indoor underground parking totaling an area of approximately 16,130 m2 (173,622 ft2). The expansion of the building, located at 300 Saint-Paul Street, is in line with the Saint-Roch neighborhood revitalization plan to make it a dynamic business sector. The building is within walking distance of the Gare du Palais, the port and all the amenities of the Petit Champlain and Saint-Roch districts. Located in the middle of a vibrant corner of Quebec City, it adds value to the heritage district of the Old Port and confirms the business vocation of the sector.
