Equipped with 5 garage doors, three at the front and two at the back to allow for cross circulation, the building ensures smooth and secure routes, essential for the speed and efficiency of emergency operations. Organized over two levels, with a mezzanine overlooking the garage area, the fire station includes storage spaces for firefighting equipment, a laundry room, offices, as well as areas dedicated to firefighters, including a kitchen, a training room, rest areas, dormitories, a gym, and changing rooms. The selection of materials was made to guarantee durability, ease of maintenance, and the longevity of the building. Steel and slate claddings were also chosen for their distinctive aesthetics. Furthermore, ample fenestration allows natural light to flood in, providing a pleasant and comfortable working environment for firefighters, who spend long hours protecting the community.
