Reconstruction of the underground parking lot Pierre-Olivier-Chauveau, Quebec, City

Located beneath the Thaïs-Lacoste-Frémont building and adjacent to the Jean-Baptiste-de-Lasalle, the parking lot at 10 Pierre-Olivier Chauveau Street has been completely refurbished. Built in 1966, this parking lot with 380 spaces comprises three underground levels (G1 to G3) as well as an exterior rooftop level (G4). The project involved the complete reconstruction of the slab-on-grade of level G1, the ramps and structural floor slabs of levels G2 and G3, and the rooftop terrace slab of level G4. All drainage, waterproofing, electromechanical, and exterior landscaping works at level G4 were also refurbished.
