Place of business Lebourgneuf Phase 2

This project was to construct a new commercial building of 110,000 square feet in the Lebourgneuf district. The main interventions in structure and civil engineering were as follows:

• Rental space on three levels (office and commercial spaces)
• Loading dock at the rear, indoor and outdoor fountain, VIP lounge and terrace at the top floor of the building
• Connection to underground services
• Sidewalks, exterior stairways, curbs and paving
