Jean Coutu Beauport

This project consisted in transforming and refurbishing the old Metro supermarket to do a Jean Coutu pharmacy and some renting spaces to accommodate a medical clinic.The main interventions in structure and external works were as follows:
• Construction of a new loading dock
• Upgrading of the existing building to earthquake level
• Construction of a new facade
• Conversion of existing loft
