Reconstruction of the 250, Grande-Allée Parking Garage and balconies, Québec city

Services EMS Engineering was retained to perform major repairs to the parking lot of 250, Grande-Allée. This property consists of a tower of luxury housing nineteen floors under which an underground parking lot of 70,000 square feet (two floors) was built.
Our mandate was to demolish and rebuild about 50% of the surface of the structural slab of P1 level on which a waterproofing membrane was installed. The slab on grade level P2 has also been repaired, cleaned and sealant was applied. The bases of the columns of P2 were repaired. Electricity and drainage were redone.

All balconies have been repaired and existing guardrail precast concrete have been replaced with new glass railing.
