As part of the project to build a new community center in Champigny area of Quebec City and a soccer field with an artificial surface, EMS was responsible for the design and construction supervision of a new public park consisting of a parking area for 120 cars as well as hiking trails with stone dust, traffic areas in concrete sidewalk and multipurpose areas with paved with concrete.
Improvements include, but are not limited to, structure, development of surfaces including parking areas, lighting, grassy islands, access aisles and walkways, retaining basins, the public utility services , connections to municipal services, etc. Sewerage services being absent on Hamel Boulevard, all connection has been made on the Avenue Saint-Famille below and requiring 250m of pipes.
