At the intersection of Pierre-Bertrand Blvd and Lebourgneuf Blvd in Quebec, there is two impressive metallic structures covering 425 000 square feet on five floors. The buildings frame is composed of a steel structure with the exception of the slab on the first floor which was made up with reinforced concrete under which a underground parking, with 70 and 74 spaces, was built. To avoid the presence of a compact mass along the Lebourgneuf Blvd, the architects used the glass on all the external surface of the superior floors.
