- Evaluate the precariousness of the structure and the risk of worsening or successive collapses;
- Secure the area;
- Analyse the conformity of the structure;
- Identify damage prior to the sinister from those connected to it;
- Technical analysis under different codes that may be applicable and production of reports for legal purpose;
- Analyse the resistance of the structures (wood, steel, concrete, masonry) to determine if they are affected by the heat and if they can fulfill the purpose for which they are intended;
